My story

I hold graduate degrees from Yale and Cornell and spent over a decade in academia before turning my focus toward fitness and movement. My background as a former professor shapes how I approach training — with intellectual rigor, structure, and an eye for detail.

I’m certified through ISSA and CFSC, with additional specializations in kettlebells and recovery. My work combines science-based principles of strength and hypertrophy with a holistic understanding of posture, breath, and movement.

I design programs that build strength, function, and aesthetics — developing bodies that are powerful, balanced, and pain-free. Each client’s plan is uniquely structured to unlock the form inherent to them through deliberate, progressive training.
